Role Overview
Join the Yangon Motor pit crew supporting time attack and drift programs across the regional calendar. You will lead chassis setup, powertrain diagnostics, and trackside repairs under tight event schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare competition vehicles for practice, qualifying, and race sessions.
- Perform alignment, brake, and suspension checks using workshop telemetry tools.
- Coordinate spare parts inventory and paddock logistics with team leads.
- Document setup changes and post-session mechanical reports for engineering review.
Requirements & Credentials
- Minimum 3 years of professional motorsport or performance garage experience.
- Strong knowledge of RWD platform tuning, brake systems, and safety inspection standards.
- Ability to work extended hours during multi-day race weekends.
- Valid driver license and willingness to travel domestically for events.
