Data Analyst (Telemetry)
Role Overview
Analyze lap logs, tire temperature traces, and ECU exports to help drivers and engineers find consistent time gains between event rounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Ingest telemetry exports from track sessions and normalize datasets for comparison.
- Build sector delta reports highlighting braking, apex speed, and exit traction trends.
- Collaborate with mechanics on setup recommendations backed by session data.
- Maintain a searchable archive of historical runs for each registered vehicle.
Requirements & Credentials
- Experience with CSV or JSON motorsport data and spreadsheet or BI tooling.
- Basic understanding of vehicle dynamics and common performance metrics.
- Clear communication skills for translating data into actionable setup notes.
- Reliable internet access for remote collaboration during test days.
